Add real-life reference meeting sample

- add reproducible real-world meeting sample
- store meeting audio using Git LFS
- include raw and cleaned Whisper transcripts
- add manifest with SHA-256 checksums
- document sample usage and confidentiality
- intentionally exclude generated pipeline artifacts
